Our mission is to preserve a young person’s relationship with their family and community. Through our work, we provide treatment for teens in an intensive treatment environment that is designed to make a measurable difference in their lives and empower them with tools for a healthy and stable life.
Our Mission
Our Care Philosophy
With a deep focus on accelerating each patient’s care journey, our treatment programs are designed to ultimately reunite patients with their families and successfully integrate their lives back into their communities, long-term.
Led by a psychiatrist and a team of licensed mental health professionals, each patient follows an individualized care plan with the following programming:
- Weekly sessions with psychiatrist
- Individual counseling with a therapist 3x a week
- 5-10 group sessions a week for therapeutic and life skills
- Weekly family counseling sessions
Our Treatment Model
Our treatment programs provide an acute level of care that is typically longer in duration than a traditional psychiatric hospital stay, but shorter than a residential treatment stay. This ensures that each patient receives the appropriate length of care needed, allowing them enough time to progress through their individualized treatment.
While the industry regularly refers to our model as psychiatric residential treatment, we prefer the term short-term residential treatment. This abbreviated length-of-stay model provides a proven path forward for teens and their families who have become stuck in a cycle of prolonged and ineffective inpatient and outpatient programs.
Our Management Approach
While keeping the patients and their progress front and center, we bring decades of proven experience to operating and optimizing treatment facilities, ensuring the best use of resources – staff time and expertise, equipment, space and finances.
We move quickly to streamline processes, stabilize occupancy fluctuations and seamlessly transition operational needs. Our expertise in addressing regulatory issues and navigating administrative requirements frees up time for the care team and allows them to focus on clinical outcomes.
By investing in our leadership, staff members and programming, we bring maximum value to facilities, community stakeholders and, most importantly, patients.
