Mike McCulla
Co-Founder and CEO
Mike McCulla brings more than 20 years of executive healthcare experience, including managing and expanding access to psychiatric treatment, to leading Acute Behavioral Health’s unique care model. Prior to launching the organization, he worked in a range of industry settings, including various outpatient and in-home mental health services, where he developed first-hand expertise in psychiatric facility management. He also founded KidLink, a national referral network for at-risk youth. His passion for helping families, combined with his extensive experience, make him uniquely qualified to develop advanced behavioral health resources for young people and support communities in the long term.
Rob Oliveri
Chief Financial Officer
Rob Oliveri is a seasoned healthcare executive with experience leading organizations across the care continuum, from family practice and urgent care to mental and behavioral health services. With an extensive financial background, he brings valuable skills and perspectives to leading and optimizing Acute Behavorial’s business model.
